Peace Resolution

Our lives are riddled with interpersonal conflict. There is hardly a day goes by that we do not find ourselves at odds with someone over something at home, at work, at school, in the car, or somewhere else. All this conflict can leave us weary and worn and overwhelmed with the pain of broken relationships, but Scripture teaches that conflict does not have to end in pain and dissolution of relationships. The Bible teaches us how to look at conflict and how to navigate conflict in ways that encourage greater degrees of peace in our relationships. As we begin 2011 we can think of no better resolution than to commit ourselves to pursue and make peace in all of our relationships.
