We all need guidance at some point in our lives. There are those of us who struggle to admit it, but it doesn't change the fact that we need it. Formally and informally we seek advice from people who trust to have the wisdom and experience to help smooth the uncertain path we find in front of us and the rocky past that has led us to our present circumstances. Whether it is relational guidance, career guidance, financial advice, or any of of host of other situations and circumstances in our lives we will seek help at some point in our lives. This first of the four names given to Jesus reveals that no matter what the area of need may be Jesus is a wonder of a counselor.
